As the lead on this project for John Ball Zoo, I spearheaded the design and development process while collaborating closely with my team.
I conducted thorough competitor analysis and UX research to inform our approach, ensuring we could offer the client multiple user experience mockups to choose from. Throughout the design process, I performed sitemapping and user flow analysis to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.
I created various design concepts, providing a range of options that aligned with the client's vision. After the client selected a concept, I produced several iterations to refine and perfect the design. Using Figma, I crafted an engaging and user-friendly UX/UI prototype with intuitive navigation and interactive elements to enhance the visitor experience.
Following the prototype, I led the development of a responsive, visually appealing website on WordPress with the Elementor builder, ensuring seamless accessibility and an enjoyable browsing experience for all zoo enthusiasts.
